detroit red wings game!
my heart was racing the second we got there and it never stopped!

this is where steve and i sat!!!! here are my boys warming up! i was really shocked how small this rink actually is! it's only slightly bigger than the civic - definitely smaller than the qwest!

and then of course, there was the game! the pictures kind of turned out like shit because 1) there was a glare from sitting so close to the glass (you won't see me complaining!) and 2) you weren't supposed to use flash anyways.
and what hockey game would it be without fights!? there were several scuffles but no all out rumbles.
to top it off... they won 3-1. it was incredible. i have wanted to do this since i was a wee girl. one of the happiest days of my life.
