Believe in yourself. Don't look for answers from some sort of role model, 'higher being', etc. You won't find life's meaning in a book. Don't wander the earth searching for the meaning of life, look in yourself. Life's meaning is what you make of it, it's not decided for you. Why would you put your life in someone else's hands? Empower yourself. You're your own savior.
