If this is their idea of fixing designerguy's troubles with his trip to Taipei... sheesh!!!

At this time, my colleague Ms. Albano and I have been unsuccessful in
confirming you in Business/First Class on your Eva Airways flight
(BR-16) on 11/09/2007.
We have been able to confirm economy class on a BR segment from Taipei
to Tokyo (3 hour flight) and then BusinessFirst on CO> Tokyo to Guam>
stopover in Honolulu and then non-stop to Houston. Can you/or are
you able to depart on a flight at 3:00pm on 11/09/07 as opposed to your
BR departure at 11:55pm?
