(no subject)
Weekends are far too short. I really don't want to go to work tomorrow. At least Friday is payday. w00t! I still haven't cashed my last pay check. The nice thing about living at home is I can save money and mooch off of my parents. XD
This weekend I've been on a Harry Potter-athon. I was really bored yesterday, so I picked up book 5, since I wanted to read it again before I read 6. I read most of book 5 yesterday, and finished it this morning, and now on page 295 of Half Blood Prince. Really good so far. I expect to finish it tomorrow. Reading so much Harry Potter lately has reminded of how damn good these books are. I just can't put them down. I need to read the entire series again, especially books 3 and 4. Definitely before the GoF movie, though I'm kind of afraid to see how much they are going to butcher the book.
I really need to start practicing, but with work, it's kinda difficult. I wish I had a marimba. I haven't played since my jury. x_X Flood is going to kill me. I also need to get my chops in shape for marching season. Again, kinda hard when you don't own the instrument. I should probably just get out my practice pad and do some exercises to get my hands moving. I'm just trying out for bass again, so I'm not super worried.
