I should be pissed because I overslept and was late to a meeting with my assistant dean, which subsequently lead to missing my first class of the day, but I officially chose classes for my semester in Australia and now all I can do is smile like an idiot:
ENGL2921- Creative Writing
HIST2074- Holocaust and Genocide in Historical Perspective
POLS3048- Language, Propaganda, and Satire
SAHT2661- Experimental Film and Video since the 1960s
I am so fucking excited.
Ever since the Olympic games were held in Sydney all I've wanted to do is travel to Australia, and actually being on my way is completely surreal.
As tumultuous as this semester has been, everything's worked out okay. I loathe my Computer Assisted Reporting class but I'll get through it. Being single is pretty awesome. Jason's my best friend, which is tough at times but mostly good.
All is well, I guess.
Thanksgiving break starts on Friday, and I'm spending the first couple days in Philly with Leah and Mollee!
So much to look forward to!!
