i have made a decision to go back to the old ways of my veganism. i saw a picture of me from last year and was stunned by how much weight i've gained. it's crazy to think about and almost makes me want to break down and cry that i let myself do this after going through the surgery and everything.

i've turned on myself and now i'm making my restitutions.
