I know this little guy is over used, but I just love him and I really wanted him on my shirt. I usually design all my own stencils, but this had to be done!

It means that the images in your Photobucket folder have been viewed a huge number of times, so the account is temporarily disabled. Either you've posted something in a community with tons of members, so an image has been loaded many times, or the file size of your images is very big and lots of people on your friends list have been looking at them.
OR, you have a weird stalker that keeps refreshing the page with your image on it.
OR, Photobollocks.com is being an arse.
Downloading of images is normally restored within a few hours, so I'm surprised that the robot print is still not showing. (I saw it yesterday afternoon. It was cute.)
