Things that made me happy today/yesterday:
- The train was on time. (Hey, first time in ... like ... two years!)
- Home Sweet Home. Okay, the weather is shitty, but mountains, trees and more mountains and more trees! *missed it*
- My nephew is back home, yay! (His intestines were everted and apparently that can happen again and again until he's two : / Well, at least this time he got off lightly.)
- gwendolen was here yesterday and gave me her old rocket ebook for Christmas!!! \o/ (Thanks again!!! Your stuff is on its way too by now. But I guess it will turn up after Christmas.)
other stuff:
- After five long years I finally stumbled again over a fic containing "soon-to-be lover" - and promptly had a flashback to when one found this awful thing in every other story, lol. Which back then drove me absolutely nuts. And here I thought that term was finally eradicated *g* Obviously I was wrong. Damn. And of course the sex scene proceeded right to "I want you in me." *rolls eyes*
