moving tomorrow
tomorrow at 2 i have an appointment to sign the lease for the place in monroeville. theres a $680 deposit and then rent is $700 per month which includes heat, water, and sewer. so the only bills kevin and i will have will be electric (which is real cheap) and cable (because i cant put a satellite dish up on the building). my cost of living will be going down by probably at least 50 bucks a month, plus being closer to work will save on gas, and ill be home a little bit more. im so excited.
today i went to home depot and made some copies of my keys because dutch lost two. oh yea dutch is gonna live with us for about a month in the late summer/early fall. if it works out really well i guess he might stay longer, im not sure, but then the three of us would split the rent and stuff three ways. im not sure if itll work though, we'll see. he said he'd sleep on the floor if necessary; i think he just wants to get out of burnside.
i also went to ikea today and im gonna buy a new bed and couch as well as some chairs there. unfortunately they closed before i was able to purchase everything so i have to go back tomorrow. i almost went to CT to get a bunch of furniture from my family but i figured it out and it would have cost me about $1000. this way i think im gonna keep it under $750 and most of the stuff will be brand new. also this way i dont have to drive 16 hours in one weekend.
chelle and i watched being john malkovich today. what a weird fucking movie!! i liked it though.
