And What?
All kinds of things going on right now. Most of it seems job related for some reason. That may be b/c it's Monday and I have to work tonight, Tuesday and Wednesday. I always feel kinda bummed on Monday knowing it's time to go back to work. It's worse this week b/c I worked half a shift Saturday night. I just hope things are slow tonight. I'm not feeling like seeing everybody in Jackson Co in the ER tonight. I have a meeting Thursday morning in Jonesboro regarding my hospital privileges at St. Bernards. I have to have a annual evaluation to tell me if I did anything stupid. I think if I did do something stupid I would already be fired...
My dad is doing well. We were told that he is cancer free (myeloma anyways). He has to have 1 more round of chemo in January just in case any of his stem cells have something wrong w/ them. You can imagine that I am praying for everything to be ok.
The kids Christmas shopping is DONE!!! Yay music cues and balloons fall from the ceiling. We still have gifts to get everyone else this year, but at least the kids are done. I'm not sure why we buy them so much crap, b/c they already have a house full of stuff anyways. But tis the year to spoil the children and we're no exception to that rule.
Nikki is doing well. She had a small breakdown about her mom right before Thanksgiving. I find myself thinking the only thing harder than what she is going through would be to lose a child, and I hope I never do that. She's trying to do some stuff for herself which is good. She has been dieting and lost quite a bit of weight. I don't want to guess how much b/c if I under guess I'm in trouble for thinking that she isn't working hard enough, if I over guess I'm in trouble b/c she wasn't that big in the first place. I've learned when it comes w/ dealing w/ women it's very simple to shoot yourself in the foot.
Wrestling is going well. I am wrestling Jerry Lawler December 20 in Tuckerman. I may take some bookings in Rector after the first of the year but haven't decided. May get to work someone from TNA next year sometime. We'll just have to wait and see.
I now have a facebook account. I haven't really figured out how to do much on it except write on people's walls. I will definitely will be keeping my journal on LJ.
