I regret to inform evryone that i just got off the phone with J and i've left noself for the last time. I know this may come as a shock to most but it's just somthing i needed to do personally. I still love everyone in the band and anyone who took part in any noself activity. I also just wanted to thank everyone for their support. Signing off....
