You're getting smaller, but I still see you.
I don't even know what I had planned on putting on here, now that I really think about it.
Its been ages and ages and I've probably started about 20 entries only to shut the window and think 'I'll come back to it'.
The truth is I'm halfway to thinking about 'coming back to it' but I know I'm not tired enough for bed and theres never anything on TV this late, anyway.
My summer has been going pretty well so far, we've had a few eventful weekends and even less lazy weekends, and now its the hottest week so far and its almost halfway through August! (like anybody needs a reminder, haha) I'm sure I could provide a type-written Highlights Reel, but I don't feel like trying to remember everything. Work is pretty good these days, busy but not TOO busy, I'm helping to train all the new-hires now and I'm definitely appreciating the INTENSE air conditioning that we have in the production area. Especially since as I type this, its about 85 degrees in my 'office', and I am sitting on top of a fleecy blanket, and its rough.
The Cheesecake Bake Sail is underway, all the orders are in and tallied up, this week I am doing all the baking and I honestly can't wait to be done with it all already! Next time I do a bake sale, its going to be something easy like cookies or something.
Mom is good, as of last tests her cancer is shrinking. I really am amazed at the progress she's made this time around, I'm so glad that she is going to a GOOD hospital this time and getting the treatment and results that she deserves.
RK is as always, awesome. Living with him is both awesome and easy, other than the billion water glasses he leaves around the house, and the cat box that he hardly ever cleans, I love living with him and I love the progress that we've been making in our apartment!! Pictures once I get a new damn camera.
October brings the start of the calendar work, as well as the start of the recording process- thats right, I am finally recording my fucking covers cd! I never thought it'd really happen, but its going to and I am siked. I cannot wait to work with Mr. Hamill, I just hope that I don't go into it thinking its going to come out okay and then I end up having a terrible sounding voice and everyone thinks all the songs suck. But whatever at least I'll have finally accomplished it! I'll also be going to the Devils Ball this halloween rather than Nicks Annual Rager, but I can't break tradition 2 years in a row!
