Training is getting really intense now. Two days a week knockout training, 5 days a week strengthtrainig/cardio/skills workout, then 2 nights just regular class. Right now the there are about 7 people training not including the 3 coaches. Im much further along in skill level than everyone except the 3 coaches. Todays training started with just basic combinations. Then moved on to partner activities suck as clashing wrist bones, forearms, and shins. After that we alternated for periods of 1 minute having your parter strike your body with punches while the recipiant held their hands behind their backs. Then moved on to alternating shin kicking our partners legs at about 50% strength. After this our partner would throw punches combos while we had to nothing but block and defend. After that we did physical conditioning including pushups, situps, jumping squats, and things of that nature. At the end each person went 2 rounds with one of the three instructors. They went pretty easy on everyone except for me, but I can hold my own so it didnt much matter plus they think I will have a great change at winning some of the upcoming tournements so they push me harder than everyone else. Now I'm pretty much physicaly exhausted, I'm so battered and banged up that getting out of bed will be so hard tm moring. All the pain, hardwork, and dedication is more than worth it because there is no greater high in the world than standing over someone that you just defeated.
