4 ☾ New Moon [VOICE]

May 10, 2009 22:58

Oh, wow, there are two moons, here! I couldn't even notice the second one before. Does anyone know how long the cycle lasts? Or if the moons have names?

Oh, and happy Mother's Day, as well!

(OOC: For housemates and other concerned parties, this post is made fairly late at night; not dead-of-night late, but later than Yukito is usually active.)

cheerful, when headcanon attacks, !!yukito post, should probably be asleep, !eriol, moon, guess what yue likes, holiday, !utena, !repliku, asking a question, late night post, !touya, might not be so bad after all

...-you're right!

[Impressed] I didn't really notice it until just now either.

My world only had one moon, so you only ever saw two in pictures and movies. It's really nice to see two.

I don't think I've ever seen two moons before... not unless your counting things like... Hmmm... Maybe anime, or a picture of Jupiter.

I wonder if that means that the stars here are different too.

Other planets had them, but not earth.

I can't find any of the constellations I know about. If this is a different world, it makes sense that there would be different stars, too.

That makes sense...

Damn. All of that studying the chairman got me into is going to waste.

The chairman at my school had a planetarium projector in his room, and loves the stars.

He'd always talk about them a lot, so... I got interested and picked up on some of the things he told me about.

In his room? That must have been really useful.

But if you spent so much time studying stars at home, you'll probably have an easier time figuring out the stars and moons here, right?

Heh heh. It was a pretty big room. I'd like to think that it was useful for him. ...or maybe the school. I don't know about there being any classes.

Well... uh... it was a hobby. I didn't really... study them that much.
