Round 2: Prompting Post!
This post is to lay down the general guidelines for prompting, as well as give instructions on how to do so. First of all, prompting opens on March 26th, and we will be accepting prompts here using this Google Form.
Please fill in the form with proper capitalization, spelling, and punctuation (with the exception of usernames)! I know it's tempting to lapslock, etc, but it takes a long time to go through all of the prompts to try and reformat them. Please help out!
We reserve the right to refuse to post any prompts that we find are problematic and may trigger, upset, or offend. As always, non/dubcon is not allowed in the fest, along with infidelity. Prompters may be banned if they do not comply with fest rules.
Some general guidelines:
Example of a Good Prompt:
Prompt: Minseok misses his bus on the way to work one day, and somehow ends up as prey to the world’s worst pickpocket (Sehun).
Rating: PG-13
Bonus Points:
- Yixing is the reason Minseok is late
Do Not Want:
- Minseok turning Sehun in to the police
Example of a Bad Prompt (too limiting)
Prompt: Minseok misses his bus on the way to work, and witnesses a strange kid walking straight through the brick wall behind the train station. Intrigued, Minseok follows and discovers that the brick wall is a hidden entrance to the Fae world. Minseok finds another human, Sehun, who has also found his way to the Fae world, and they eventually get caught by the Sidhe King, who makes them wash his laundry for eternity.
Rating: G
Bonus Points:
- Luhan/Jongdae as a side pairing
- The Sidhe King really enjoys green socks
- Sehun is allergic to everything
- Minseok doesn’t like Sehun at first because Sehun sings too many Katy Perry songs as they try to escape
Do Not Want:
- Yibo from UNIQ as the Sidhe King
- Minseok working at a coffee shop
