a very large financial boost has just come my way, and i know that money doesn't buy happiness, but it sure is a lot less stressfull knowing that you can afford to buy groceries and keep paying your rent.
justin and i went shopping today to celebrate. we managed to score some sweet deals at the mall. i got two pairs of jeans for $9.99 each at express. last time i bought jeans i was feeling fat so i got the next size up, which was a mistake because they've been falling off my butt ever since.
it was kind of surreal, i remember back in my middle school days when i once bought size 22 pants. yeah. ew. and today i walked out of express with size 0 jeans. i really can't believe it.
anyways, i'm liking my job alot. my coworkers are funny and so easy to get along with. not to mention i don't have to do much. i'm either checking or putting stuff on shelfs. sweet.
but thats really all thats been going on, minus a get together or two. i felt guilty for not posting in a long time, but now i realize its because nothing has been happening.
