I'm pretty cavalier in the use of that icon, considering that every time I hear "I am the one who watched while you died" I dissolve into a howling wreck. And having listened to the song 10000 times has done nothing to lessen the effects.
I'm finally seeing it in just under a month. Will most likely need a saline drip.
You do realise that when you see this live, you won't be able to breathe from the crying? I'm SO glad you're going to see it, there is nothing like it - or Alice, or Bobby - and getting to see it live. I vote you do rush so you can see it from the front row, btw. Incomparable.
I actually wept harder at my fourth viewing than my first, so I am of zero help to you on the not-crying front. Breaks me forever. And OMG, you're doing the 9 To 5 closing with Kel et al? AMAZING, I am JEALOUS.
N2N rush - the one time I did it in May, I got there at 7am and it was fine, got dead-centre seats of awesome. But I hear that the rush situation is getting a bit crazier now - so I'd say 5-6am would be a better bet.
That's cool - I'll still be on UK time and that won't feel ridic early. Plus, I booked somewhere nice and close to the Booth hotel wise so I can always roll back to bed for a couple of hours after I get tickets.
And yeah, I'm going for the big En Why Oh Nine. Way to do my first proper Broadway trip, huh?
Staying near the Booth was the best thing for rush - we were on 47th and literally rolled out of bed 15 minutes before 7am.
I absolutely approve. Speaking of someone who started making crazy Broadway trips last year - there's nothing like it. You're going to have an AMAZING time, you'll never want to leave!

I've booked N2N for one evening already, might trying rushing the Friday - what sort of time would I need to get there do you think?
