SO like... I got this job right? It's a short term thing... going maybe 10 weeks or so at most if I choose to continue with the entirety of the project. I get to visit Jewel-Osco stores and replace 3 computers... stick a surge protector on their main phone/credit card/whatever the hell else they could cram on it line which makes the store managers REAL happy with me when I unplug it... at noon.
Then I get to walk around the ENTIRE STORE and count phones. Yes. Count fucking phones. Woopdy fucking do.
But the best part is, I get to box up 3 CRT monitors, at least 2 full size desktop PC's and keyboards mice and crap using nothing but the boxes that the NEW STUFF came in. The new stuff being really tiny desktops and god damn LCD monitors.
This whole thing reminds me of IBM's awesome organization*cough*.
This week I'm all on the south side of chicago... next week I'm in springfield for 2 days then Morris then motherf@!$king PERU ILLINOIS?! When the hell did we get a god damn PERU in illinois?
Apparently this whole project is doable in about 5 hours by a single person if you take no lunch and work your ass off. I guess we'll find out just how fast it can be done once I've got this script memorized. Even Brian Wilson could do this job... Brian is Peter's favorite person in the whole wide world. Honest. Go ask him.
