"I used up the anchovy paste; we need to get more."

The food was really good, though. I have this theory that the only way I'll ever lose weight is if I make really GOOD food. Because really GOOD food fills you up on much less of it.

I could only eat about a third of the tortellini Alfredo I served myself.

Well, if you define GOOD food as quality food, I suppose to an extent that would work, meaning there are more veggies and such than the starches. Me, my taste buds are my overlords.

I'm hoping moving in with Ari will help me do this. She loves tofu and lots of vegetables and doesn't have my sugar addiction, so I figure if I let her dictate the cooking I'll be in okay shape....
