Play Style
This roleplay will use multiple forms of play. Most likely the primary one will be journal style, which can be in the form of written, video, or audio posts on behalf of the characters. This means you post to the community as if it were your character posting to his/her own journal, with other characters commenting on it as if they were commenting on an entry.
Another form of play we will use is various forms of communication technology, i.e. characters phoning one another, sending emails, IMs (for characters who would use them) etc. In these posts, be sure to include a header at the top, as follows:
Method of communication:
Characters involved: (denote who is doing the contacting and who is the contacted)
We will also be using role-play threading or role-play logs (depending on which term you use), which will be where you post in third-person prose. Please try to use third-person and some form of past tense, to keep things consistent. When making these posts, please include the following header:
Characters involved and whether the thread is open or closed to others
Location
General timeframe
Any relevant warnings
As for tagging, tag journal posts with just the character who is posting the journal, and for the other two styles tag it with whoever is participating.
The mod account will occasionally start events - sometimes things like cases for Hanna, though if we come up with anything interesting it could be more major things. Never be afraid to suggest things, even if they revolve around your character.
