Today's question to answer: What's your favorite spell or ability from any game?
I'm caught between a few choices for this!
1. Summoning ability in Final Fantasy games. Calling upon amazing and awesome creatures/companions to help you fight is the most awesome idea ever. I think you could train to be the best at a certain skill but summons give you greater flexibility in what you can do.
2. Soul Reaping in Guild Wars (innate ability to gain x amount of energy per death per timeframe). Having the ability to make use of deaths in a match is pretty sneaky. You could capitalise on your enemy's death or make use of your teammates to try to turn the tides. It also tends to equate to unlimited energy in battles as long as things die (which usually happens)
3. Dexterity in DnD. I tend not to be very dextrous IRL. Being able to do and say goodbye to the days of me bumping into everything, swaying at nothing, and getting random bruises without knowing the reason, sounds like a pretty good deal to me!
