School + Bleach
Yesterday I learned something...the hard way (again). We didn't go
outside at Tennis because of the cold so we had to do a sport inside. I
wanted to do badminton, but since all the badminton rackets were gone,
I had to use my tennis racket . . . I left the gym with a painful
blister on my right hand.
I need to get more BETA hours... So far I should have 5 unless those club meetings were actually worth hours. In roughly 2 weeks I must get 7.5 more! I'm not even sure I get get enough if I go to all the after school activities.
At English we divided ourselves into groups to work on grammar homework. My friend sitting behind me asked me if I wanted to work in her group so I did that. I was about to pair up with a different friend, but I was sure she could pair up with someone else. I'm not that social so it's nice getting to know other people more. Turns out that she didn't pair up with anyone at all, but I helped her out a bit anyway.
Physics test Friday. English grammar test Monday. Civics speech Friday. Civics scrapbook Friday (for bonus). It's almost 2 more weeks until mid-terms! = 0
I want to write a Full Moon fanfic. sometime. I actually have the idea this time. There aren't a lot of Full Moon fanfics (about 100 on fanfic.net). I have no life... I'm obsessed with fiction and fanfics XD.
I read this awesome Bleach fanfiction, which was an AU. The writing was awesome and so was the plot, but there were a few parts which irked me--the part where the main characters had intercourse with each other (not once, but 3X! Well I skipped over those parts) and the ending. In AUs the personality is sometimes really off, such is the case with this one. One can wonder how a teen who makes a big deal about kissing a girl's hand can actually... cross over the border when it comes to love. In the end I think the couple sacrificed too much.
Another thing that annoys me in fanfictions is when Ichigo and Rukia sleep together (eww) because one of them is scared or cold. Of course, that's rather mild compared to the times I've read Ichigo kiss Rukia because she ate the last bit of ice cream/candy, and since he wants to eat it too, he kisses her to get the taste from her. That's something I expect (and see) from rabbits, not humans.
When I went to Animemusicvideos.org to look for Bleach, all the AMVs I've seen are done to rock music, or in other words--music with indecipherable words--so I couldn't exactly tell whether or not the lyrics matched to the scenes (though I'm quite sure none of them matched). Then I found a really interesting AMV which was a lip-synch to the Sixth Sense commercial. It's so freakin' awesome! Watch it if you can!
I was looking for fandubs and found this site. There were radio plays, which were so awesome (look up Tsubasa). The voice actors were amazing. Then when I went to the fandub clips page and watched the Bleach clips, I was horrified at how they butchered up Rukia's voice. Her voice was unemotional and high (when it was supposed to be sardonic/superior/a bit low) and it wasn't high enough when it was supposed to be high (or maybe that's cause it wasn't low enough to start with...)
