Beach
I went to Grand Isle/Beach for crabbing today! We left at 4:30 a.m. Unfortunately, due to the cool weather, the crabs stayed hidden in the deep, where we weren't allowed to go. I actually caught the first crab
though, due to pure luck. Swinging your net near the rocks when you see a crab isn't all that bad, as long as you can distinguish the crabs from the rocks. In total, we caught about 10 crabs, which is pitiful
compared to last year's (about 200 crabs last year). We got more later on through the use of traps, which we didn't set up.
Today I saw real, swimming shrimp! XD (the only time I've seen shrimp is when it's dead) In fact, I'm the one who caught the most shrimp. Shrimp is very easy to catch; just swing the net over the shrimp before it runs away and there you go!
I even received inspirement from this trip! I have an idea on a Bleach drabble with this. Speaking of Bleach, due to rabbit inspiration, I have an awesome idea for a Bleach fanfiction (to me, it's awesome).
I know I barely slept on the car. I've been sitting on the right side of the car for years, since my sister takes the left with her "seat-booster." Maybe that's what sleeping on the left side can do to me.
Tomorrow, I have to go to school for orientation. For some reason, I wasn't looking forward to it several
days ago, but now, I don't care. I'll bring a book just in case I get bored waiting though. Most likely we'll be sent in groups through our last names, and there's only 2 people I recall whom I know will be in
my group, and neither one are more than acquaintances.
The day afterards I get to go to Blue Bayou though. Today, episode 43 of Bleach premiered in Japan, and the raw has been released. I hope it's subbed soon.
