Field Trip
My Geography field trip was really
good today! The Calligraphy section was cool,but the sample sheet of
the chinese words were horrifically written. The chinese woman who
presented this was kinda funny but she did pronounce some things
wrong... It might be because she's from a different part of China than
me. I especially liked the Origami section; the people who presented it
had a good sense of humor. It was also presented by chinese people(old
men). Now I know how to do that 3D origami since I looked at their
works. My origami book does a horrible job with the explaining.
The food was a lot better this time. Of course,the Vietnamese food is possibly 100X better than that of the Middle East(no offense)..
Next Thursday,we'll get our (asian)kites! I still need to open that oyster(I got last Tuesday from the trip)! I'd love to see how that pearl looks.
