Onew walks home alone.
He expects no one to greet him at the door as usual.
He expects Key to be in their shared bed and room fast asleep.
He doesn’t expect to come home to a home with the lights still on.
Curses as he hears the stolen kisses being taken from him.
Onew stands outside their room.
He hears Key.
He hears him whisper someone else’s name.
He hears him call to someone else.
Then slides down the side of the wall.
Face buried in his hands.
Drops of crystal made tears glisten as they stream down his cheeks.
Hearing them through the walls.
Onew hears him walk to the door.
He doesn’t want to be seen.
He saunters in to the next room.
He locks the door and cries.
He hears the door open.
He hears more of Key.
He hears more of the other mans name.
But he’s hidden.
And so are his feelings.
And so are his tears as he repeats the routine.
It’s a bit past midnight.

He sees Key on the couch.
Onew smiles his hidden grieving smile.
Key greets him like nothing’s happened.
Key keeps it hidden.
