It so happens Barbara Gordon happens to be one of my favorite librarians of all times. She wasn't very naughty though she did have a nice sense of style and could kick butt too, as Batgirl of course:

Did you ever read The Amazing Adventures of Cavalier and Clay? There's a Barbara Gordon-esque character in that. At least I think so; I have to admit I'm not to familiar with the BG character. Suffice it to say, there's a character of a female librarian who's also a superhero.

I have not but it sounds very interesting. I see there's also a movie in pre-production. The golden age of comics is my favorite, and a story (based on real people) about the people and the history behind it sounds intriguing. I'll definitely look into it. Thanks a lot. You're super! :)

It is one of my favorite books. I was literally on the last page when I had to get off the train. I sat down on the bench and finished the book before I headed to work that day.
