Ugh I know, I try hard not to read the news articles I see but I end up reading some of them. The one about the bodies washing up on the shores was just horrifying. I get really upset about it, too.. I have family there (and my second cousin just gave birth to twin boys in late Dec), so I'm really worried about them in general, especially since most the family is elderly. I cried when I read/heard about it when it all first happened, too. (haha, on a humorous note, my mom's cousin replied back to our email saying "yes im fain, every one oh raitu." it was cute.) We had plans to go there in May, and hopefully we still can as long as the plane still goes, but I have no idea what to even do now while I'm there, all I'll be able to think about are all the people who need help. I won't be able to enjoy myself, I'd feel too guilty.
