Got the other lense out without taking the strew out, I just bent the other side, it pulled the other side down with it and the lense popped out.

I have now blu-tac-ed those lenses to the inside of my sunglasses, therefore have solved the problem I mentioned a few entries back.

I deserve a medal.

Be careful one doesn't fall out and smash... then you'd be fucked.
Carry your other glasses on you just incase.
