If they were flying at 7:45am, they would have been fine. The first explosion happened about 8:50am, so they will have been in the air at the time. Flights should have been operating normally before then, since I'm sure no one suspected anything.
Where were they headed? I can check the actual departure and arrival time of their flight this morning.
I can't check Eurostar departure/arrivals, just airline info. However, if their train was scheduled to leave at 7:45am, they'd be fine. By 8:50am they'd already be in the tunnel and well on their way to Brussels.
Eurostar still leaves out of Waterloo, so that will also put them out of the way of the attacks this morning. They happened further east (in the City), and north (Kings Cross area).
