today was a good day for me. kara left the house!!! she went out shopping with me, aaron, and nett and we even went to lunch AND SHE TALKED!!! i know i'm getting my hopes up, and she will not leave for months again but a girl can dream. i'm weirded out by myself, because to be honest in the last year i honestly only read one book the entire way through, the others i enjoyed but not enough to finish and right now i'm reading two books at the same time! granted one IS a picture book about serial killers. but the other one is practically a history book and i'm really enjoying it. not having cable is a blessing, i cook, clean, read, play guitar. FUCK TV! i never knew life without television, it's amazing!
