I woke up late the alarm clock I swear did not go off this morning.I am ready to go eat something and starting to have a nic fit from hell. My body is sore and I think I slept on my shoulder wrong..........Customers are realy jumping on my last facking last nerve. I wentto sleep last night at about 12:45pm. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR I am getting angrier the longer I am on this call I could explode............ Why does mgmt insit we take other peoples call!!! I am becoming very hostile and homicidal.
