I've decided that I only like old people when they are NOT driving cars. I almost got hit today by some old lady hunched over the steering wheel, turning right out into hall road traffic. My A #1 idiot driving story for the month though is the man hauling lumber in his pickup truck (most of the time you see this, the wood is bound up at least so it doesnt fall all over). This genius however decides to pile the wood up, keeping the bed of his truck down so he could fit more wood, and SECURE IT WITH AN EXTREMELY LARGE STONE. (Sort of like a paperweight if you will....except if he brakes suddenly it may shatter the windshield and skull over the unlucky driver behind him. As I drove by I noticed the unlucky driver behind him was a little old lady in those cataracts sunglasses hunched over the steering wheel. Talke about needing to be a defensive driver!
