gym day!

Stoked to actually get a small workout in - about half hour
10 minutes of treadmill for warm up
1 set of 60 sit ups
3 sets of 30

chest press thingee
assisted pull up - I think I figured out that the more weight you put on the easier it gets :(
DOH! Ill do it right next time Im there
