life has been busy so far.
so much so that i haven got the time to properly sit down and record down what i have down, in this blog.

let's see what i can rmb now. which isn't a lot. i can only recall the happenings of tue and wednesday! other days seem to be a blur now, of friends, him and all. this round of break has been a hectic schedule of meetups and stuffies.. i can barely breatheeee! (but i am loving it)

tue evening- EY networking session at giraffe.
giraffe is a nice cozy place for a networking session. it is that restaurant/bar place at the istana park (opp istana and PS)... partly al fresco, and defintely a snuggly place with sofas and cushions. EY booked the entire place and ordered buffet for us (drinks included tiger beer which i don't think anyone took! -.- ). it was nice meeting future fellow colleagues, and hearing from the bosses (in the future) about how EY is like. met up with the partner who interviewed me as well, and i am so pleased to see her again! :)
i have yet to received any further notices from STB, but i guess, whatever it is, i am going to EY. many reasons for that, which i shall not elaborate. it's following both the head and the heart i guess, and stopping myself from doing insane, off track things. oh well. what a big change. but i guess, meeting a person can really change your life. my interviewer is the strongest reason i want to head to EY.

wed- lunch with YL (plus book and gift exchange and facebking), going to chinatown with jj to try this famous soy sauce chicken stall and town with jj, and dinner with him.
ichiban don with YL yet again! i recall us meeting up and having that before, more than once? haha... it's our hot fav pick. yum. she came back to my house after that to take the textbooks for next sem (we do exchanges every semester cuz we are in different groups).. and we facebook stalked ppl with J! heee.. then we left my house, and J n i went to chinatown. found the chicken stall we were looking for, and i ate my second lunch of the day. (double booking!) and then, we went to get our fav eggtarts and char siew puff.. yum yum... left chinatown for somerset 313, cuz he has not been there before. shopped around, but did not get anything. drank tea at blue mountain cafe... earl grey. very dry. the one at one caramel seemed to be MUCH better. left for wisma as he wanted to look at topman. in the end, i bought this denim-look leggings from the sale rack at topshop. pretty happy with my find! so hard to find my size on the sale rack! walked around ion, and then left for bukit timah for a late dinner at the teochew porridge stall. yum again. that's abt how my day ended. probably the most i have eaten for the past few days.

thank you YL for the lovely and truly practical gifts from HK,etc. I love practical gifts! practical and prettyyy! :) muacks.

and thank you J, for staying with me through that 2 scary days when i thought i was going to die. as in seriously. sometimes, only when such life-death-situations hit, that you truly learn to cherish life, and everything that comes along with it. but that is another story by its own. i am still keeping my fingers crossed that i am truly perfectly fine.

memories, career, :), food
