ICE CREAM! OUR FIRST ATEMPT

Ice Cream Made:

1)Caramel Flavour

2)Grape in place of Strawberry

Results:

1)Caramel
- Texture was a little too disappointing. too liquid.
- Taste was too sweet
- Made with full cream and Milk

Improvements:
- Freeze overnight after making
- reduce sugar
- Increase Milk ratio, less cream
- get genuine vanilla extract

2)Grape

It was crap. Not worth mentioning!
