Well, a just too late Merry Christmas to all those to whom it applies. To those it doesn't, a just too late, but still perfectly valid merry Sunday, first day of Hanakah (sp?) , or anything else that applies taht doesn't involve cannibalism. I'm afraid I can't endorse that ( Read more... )

Happy Feast of St. Stephen (oh, come on, I can't really say Merry Christmas anymore....) anonymous December 26 2005, 14:02:33 UTC
Howdy, Scott!
Just thought I'd wish you a belated Merry Xmas and Happy New Year and say that I'm glad you'll be back to torture us all with your ninja-like ways :) I, too, have seen Glory (US history, junior year in hs) and was very impressed; really turned my stomach against war and made me appreciate that no battles have been/are likely to be fought within the States any time soon. Also, *let the chastisement begin lol* if you would have let me know that you needed help understanding the statics/nuke/even the math since I took that once upon a time, I would have been more than happy to try to help, but since I didn't know....I know you are more than capable of understanding most of it, it just wasn't always explained the best (DOWNAR!!!!!!! :P). Anyway, I must depart to go see the fam, so I will ttyl (hey look, my message is as long as a lot of people's posts....). God bless,
Catie

RAWR! Amusingly (at least to me at least), you defeated me on the calculon final... CALCULOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON! Tis a shame that I shan't be there next semester, but I'm sure we will do battle in the vastness of cyberspace... after all, that's what it's there for...

I'd like to further add that I too enjoy Gone in 60 Seconds, and think that Nicholas Cage is just fabulous!

Hi there, Scott! Lisa here, just so you know. So what's your new major, since you're not in engineering anymore?

Officially at Purdue, my major is psychology, but i believe I'm going to get a social work degree, as a bachelors in psych lets you do like nothing, but as a social worker I could go right into like counseling or something (".. I'm listening" a la frasier) which is what I believe I'd like to do.

Social work degree? There's a special degree for it? I didn't know that...James is trying psych this semester (officially he's in "undergrad studies").

Yay!!! I'm glad you're staying. Excellently happy, in fact.

Good luck with the new major, and keep it gangsta...
