I did it. Yes, its true, I read about ninety percent... I did not know that Switchfoot was a Christian band, I am surprised! Now I must ask an inevitable music question that may surprise you... I have a favorite Christian band (surprising, eh?) did you get to see Jars of Clay? I would be quite jealous, but not in a jealous envious type of way, if you know what I mean... Bummer on the math class, my recitation is at 11:30, maybe I'll switch into your class, it would be better for me anyways more sleep!... I have a feeling we're in mostly the same classes... We can have Thursday study/random sessions as I too am classless on that beautiful day... And only one on Tuesdays... this is going to be a good semester el Scott... a good semester in deed! Though I am confused as to on the insanity test I rated more insane than you... the wonders cease to cease. And you are right, I was a bit surprised by your political leanings... not overly... I never grouped you with the extreme rightists, I just would've put you slightly more to the right than the left... I guess I sum it up to the fact that you are from Minnesota! I leave you now Scott, but I know we will meet again in the not so distant future!
I heap great acolades upon thee sir! Good grief, it took me weeks to write and I wouldn't begrudge anyone a similar amount of time to read it and yet you finish the task in a matter of hours! I salute you sir. Yeah, Switchfoot is indeed a Christian band but fear not, many are not aware of this fact. The reason is that while their lyrics do promote Christian ideals and or teachings or whatever, they don't generally explicity use the Christian key words like God and so forth, so they get people to actually listen to them without automatically tuning them out when they find out they're "Christian". Jars of Clay? that's awesome! I wouldn't have guessed it, but then again I'm not shocked, they are a talented group that produces a good sound, which is generally the only requirement I have for fandom. I'm afraid that they weren't there though, it would have made the festival even more awesome! Third Day was absent as well, as well as some of my other girl bands (Zoe Girl and Superchic[k]) . I am seriously looking foward to next semester, I just hope my CHM appeal doesn't distract too much, lol... insanity, ahh but's it's all just a charade, actually RJ, if you look at the percentages I'm both more insane than you in every category as well as more normal. I'm twice as Hyper insane, almost three times as on the edge, 3.5 times as totally insane but I'm also twice as normal. Frankly were both just nuts.... political leanings, ehh what can I say. I don't know if it can be chalked up to MN so much as because of my particular personal beliefs. It results in a curious combination of being a cynical hardline realist (conservative) and someone who'd really like to see socialism work. If I had the resources to obliterate poverty and such, I would, but I don't and until everyone starts working together rather than taking advatage of each other ... sigh, too much politics lol.
