forewarning: the following is rather not-upbeat. downbeat. rather blah. it also offers no content, so there you go.
sooo 2007. not super excited about this year, but i'm hoping nothing terrible will happen. let's find out.
school starts tomorrow, and i finally sorted out my schedule 30 minutes ago. i'll be taking cse 322, 378, 490f, and arch 484, which is a seminar on design computing. and i'm ta'ing for cse 142. and i'm sitting in on art 166 tomorrow, in the hope that i can join up. probably i'll die in the process - similar course load to last quarter, except with one more class, and they're all harder. well, crap. i'm excited about ta'ing, but i just have a less-than-good feeling about this quarter. partially because i'm still not certain of my schedule, but also of other things. so we'll see.
2006 in review? eh. good things: i made it into cse, i met some rather spectacularly awesome people, i'm not dead? they made me freeplay manager (oh my goodness i want pax to be now)...a few other things. bad things? well, it's a shorter list, but a few of the items i'm still working out. bleh.

oh, and i saw iron chef (the original one) at roughly 4 am last night. while the dubbing is rather questionable, what an awesome show.
