Rough Day, but Good Dinner
What a horrible, horrible day at work. It was a disaster. One thing after another. At least when I got home, Annabelle was in one of the most playful moods she has been in in a long time. Right now, she's laying beside me purring as I type. It's soothing. Still feel like getting schnockered tonight, though.
I had leftovers tonight. I made CthuluLord Soup last night. It is soooo good. I forgot to put the onion in, but it didn't matter. In fact, I may leave it out in the future.
Here's the recipe.
1 lb potatoes
1 can green beans
1 can diced tomatoes (I used fire roasted with garlic)
1 spoon of garlic
1 lb kilbassa
1 jar of red peppers (diced)
1 red onion...which is apparently optional.
2 cans of water
