Okay. Today is a "good" day so far. Not many obsessive thoughts and I've been able to control my compulsions pretty good. I got stuck in a mental rut a few times throughout the day, most while I was in the car and had nothing to do but sit there. Except this one things that's been driving me insane for the past few weeks. 2 3 1 4 4444 4444 123 123 123. And also every time I lock a door, its 44 1 44 1 22 333 1 4444444 55 66 77 88 THEN the first number sequence. But that's actually pretty good compared to what it used to be. Still, its hard to do those numbers in my head while concentrating on whats going on around me.
I went shopping today and got the colored toothpicks instead of the plain. I'm such a wild girl. xDDD
And Arky kept me up all night, chewing on various body parts since I slept in the living room and Dad crashed in my room. AND I drove up this HUGE STEEP mountain where it feels like you're gonna flip backwards.
