Both, but particularly the prison. In retrospect, it's pretty obvious they'd have something like this set up, just in case. Doesn't mean we have to like it.
Hell, no. -=fidgets, trying to prop his arm up without it being noticable. After having his arm and leg worked on by Winry, they still have a residual ache that bothers him. And it's also beneficial in making him extra cranky. Which is most likely why this discussion group is happening in the first place.=-

I can't imagine how they thought people wouldn't have a problem with this, but if they wanted to keep it a secret why the hell did they give him a computer? It doesn't make much sense.
