Men sometimes! Rinoa was still kind of frustrated about this whole thing. Why did guys always seem to expect girls to dress up and look nice only to turn around and talk about wearing t-shirts? Sometimes she wondered if maybe it was a completely different century and people had just forgotten to tell her. Now this likely wasn't what Seifer had been thinking, but everyone knew girls take things differently than guys do.
Thankfully the walk across to the dorms was more than enough to cool her down so she's actually back in a decent humor of sorts when she knocks on Seifer's door.
