Can't Stop the Rock

Content: Toph takes her class on a field trip for Earthquakes
Warnings: Rated T for Toph
Some Notes: Thread will be "Party Style" meaning don't worry about posting order (kinda like the Curfew thread). A field trip is probably going to involve a good number of characters so I figure it'll just be easier if we don't worry about that. Responses can be written in narrative or "quick" format, whichever you prefer.
Toph hopped off the bus first. She had taken the liberty of dispersing hard hats among her students...mostly for amusement and, you know, safety. Of course, the real amusement had come when she had convinced everyone for awhile that she would be their driver, sitting behind the wheel of the bus when they came to get on hadn't helped matters. Thankfully Xavier had provided them with a driver given Toph's inability to and they had set off for the location.
She crossed her arms and waited for the students to get off the bus. "Come on guys, I'm not going to shake up the ground while you're still on there." She'd checked this location several times and it seemed fairly clear of any horrible debris or away from any major fault lines. While a trip to California might have been fun, setting off a few tremors there was not something even Toph would do with a group of students.
