Shopping for Tunes [Semi-open]

Time: Begins mid-morning the Tuesday after the music event.
Content: Ryoga feels a pressing need to start a music collection of his own. Xigbar offered to take him into town. Someone probably should have thought to bring a child leash...

[Ryoga is standing at the entrance to the cafeteria. He talked himself out of bringing his pack and umbrella; just because he's leaving the grounds doesn't mean he'll definitely get lost. Besides, he'll have supervision, right?
Speaking of, he scans the halls for Xigbar, and after considering their last meeting, checks the walls and ceilings as well. Nothing yet.]
