Tina had realised quite early on that she hated the library. It was full of people being industrious and telling her to be quiet. Not only that, but she had taken an instant dislike to the librarian who had traumatised her in the first week when he had used a loudhailer to tell her at a point-blank range 'don't touch the books, they're not for reading'.
But this week it had been rather unavoidable. She's struggled along in her classes, only reading set texts if it was impossible to pretend she had. She couldn't find the right book and Tina thought the librarian didn't look like he should be disturbed (having covered himself in post-it notes that all read 'GO AWAY' in large angry capital letters). So she had meandered around the library, listlessly trailing a finger along the dusty shelves as she went, until she spotted Minato.
It had been a while since Tina had last saw Minato and his was the only face she recognised in the entire room. She jumped into the air and made a quick, bright beeline in his direction, her glowing skin lighting her flight path as she fluttered along the darker aisles on the library.
She found herself knocked to the floor with a yell of surprise as a boy she didn't quite recognise fell off a stool. Tina tumbled to the ground in a shower of curses and fairy dust. Rubbing her elbow she sat up on the carpet and gave the boy a quick glare. "Watch out," Tina hissed, more in surprise than actual anger.
Minato had heard the beginning of someone falling, but he'd been so absorbed in his music that he hadn't noticed just how close the source was until it was too late. He came tumbling down right along with Tina and Alphonse, his headphones being knocked off his head in the process, a few books he'd been carrying digging painfully into his ribs. The boy lay there, dazed, for a few moments before sitting up. "... Ow."
He looked around, dusting himself off as he got up and gathered the books to him, extending a hand to help Tina up if she wished. "Are you alright?" he asked them both, a wryly amused smile spreading over his face.
"Oh! I'm-" Al covered his mouth with his hand before blurting out in a fashion unbecoming of a library. "I'm so sorry!" He tried again, this time in a softer voice. He usually wasn't this clumsy, at least not when he was outside of his armor. The boy has been all sorts of distracted recently, and he's getting careless.
"Are you guys alright? I didn't mean- I'm sorry!" Alphonse flailed for a moment, then stood up to offer his hands to the others.

Brushing the hair out of eyes Tina clutched the shattered remains of her dignity and grabbed at the hands offered to help her up.
"I'm fine," she said, her pride more injured than anything else. Her cheeks were a little red and she self-consciously smoothed her skirt down as firmly as she could. Like a ruffled cat she gave Al an arch look but bent down to scoop up from the floor the book he had been trying to reach. Tina thrust it into Al's hands. "I think this is yours?" she said a little scathingly, and giving Minato a querying look as if to ask if he was okay.

"I'm okay," Minato reassured the other boy with an easy smile, helping Tina up. He smiled at the girl, shrugging as though to say "hey, it happens." It was pretty hard to ruffle Minato, and even when he didn't like what was going on he tended to either deal with it or shove it to the back of his mind to be dealt with later. "Are you okay?" he asked Al, noting that the younger boy seemed much more thrown off by their little collision than he was. It was no big deal to him, since nobody was hurt (although Tina seemed embarrassed, Minato would reassure her that nobody had seen it if he needed to).
Alphonse fumbled a moment with the book, then held it tight to his chest, still looking terribly embarrassed about the whole ordeal. He gave her a small, bashful sort of smile, hoping to calm a bit of the ire in her attitude. "Ah.. thank you!"
He looked over at Minato and gave him a similar sort of smile, but a tad more relaxed, his shoulders easing down. "I'm alright, really. Been through worse then a little fall."
