[When you enter the clearing (which has been properly tarped off due to rain), you will find Robin in the middle, dressed as the Greek goddess Aphrodite and holding a golden apple. She smiles demurely at the two classes and gestures at the piles of wood and tools behind her.]
Hello, class. I'm sure you all remember last week's discussions of mythology and our study of the Trojan war. I thought we might try a... hands on approach to see if the legendary ruse will ever actually work.
I've invited Mr. Franky's class here as well, as I'm sure they'll find this week's project rather interesting.
We are going to build a replica of the Trojan Horse.
[She gives these words a moment to sink in before continuing.]
Mr. Franky and his class will be in charge of the actual building. My class, you are to help in any way you can, especially with keeping the construction as close to historically accurate with the technology of the time as possible (though some modern tools will be allowed for safety), as well as work on costumes.
If you finish by Thursday, I might consider letting you give the school a little... demonstration.
