It wasn't far into the week at all, and time seemed perfectly settled into passing at the slowest crawl it could.
Class had just about bored him to tears, and the usual reading spots hadn't helped break any of the monotony of the day. As it were, Jim found himself with a sense of boredom that couldn't seem to be broken from even if he had a giant steam hammer of some sort with him to do so. Without said steam hammer to help him, he had taken to wandering about the halls and spaces of the school until he found a spot that seemed interesting enough for him to sit down at. He had even brought along one of the books he had taken from the library to help liven up his day.
He grumbled as his search continued, "There's gotta be something around here..." he trailed off.
