Characters: Sanji and essentially anyone who wishes him a birthday or came to party hardy

Time: Friday, around 6ish in the evening
Content: SHHHH. It's a suprise....PARTY!
Format: Party style~ Any format is welcome
Warnings: Cake, food, and party shenanigans (and possible party sabotage)
Notes: Splitting this into two different threads: Surprise and Post surprise. Other than that go wild, you crazy kids.
[Looking around the atrium, you have to marvel about just how vast it is. What's ever more mind-boggling is how every inch of the room is covered with some kind of party decoration: colorful streamers, copious amount of confetti, and more balloons than the eye could see (thanks to Luffy and his expert balloon-blower-uperer skills).]
[There are several tables, clad in blue plastic tablecloth, arranged near the central. Hidden underneath them are various gift bags and wrapped presents. Right above the tables is a gigantic rolled up poster, ready to be rolled down the moment was right. On the middlemost table was a lone cake box.]
[People, party helpers and guests alike, chat amongst themselves near the tables, mostly about claims for a particular hiding spot.]
[There are only two things missing: food and the birthday boy himself. Luckily Tiana is more than ready to get that taken care of.]
I wanna thank y'all for comin' and helpin' out. Without y'all, this [gestures towards the whole room] wouldn't have been even possible. [Grins widely] Now I'll be takin' off. Be sure to find a good hidin' spot quick b'fore I come back with our guest of honor and the food.
