Whoever entered the kitchen at this very moment was in for a special treat. They were going to witness Tiana work some cooking magic.
Spread out across a counter, lay the various ingredients for a very sweet dish: bananas, brown sugar, butter, spiced rum, vanilla extract, and vanilla ice cream. Tiana was currently caramelizing a mixture of melted butter and brown sugar in a saucepan. Once the mix had the consistency of warm maple syrup, she added some banana slices and stirred in some vanilla extract. After a splash of spiced rum, she allowed the contents to simmer.
Then came the fun part. Stepping away slightly, she took out a lighter and carefully lit the dish on fire. WA BAM! Behold your eyes on Tiana's Bananas Foster.
