He was still sort of expecting to get to Dean's office and find out this was some sort of weird joke or new kid prank. It wasn't that he hadn't expected ever to see his brother again - he planned to, really - but he just hadn't expected it to be this soon, and for it to be here, in this school. With Dean as a teacher. That still made him snort, because what was he even going to teach? He hadn't said it in his little welcome post that had taken Sam completely by surprise.
It didn't take that long for him to actually reach the small room, and he spent a moment outside the door, debating on knocking or just pushing it open, and finally decided to do the latter.
"Look like you settled right in, Dean,"
